Oval shaped cheese vat, closed for C.I.P. washing. Useful Capacity: L. 3.000. Entirely made of stainless steel, assembled on a structure, equipped with adjustable fett made of stainless steel. The cheese vat is internally 8-shaped equipped with motoagitators which cover the entire surface without dead zone; also, the bottom with double tapering shape allows a complete and constant emptying. It is heated by means of steam in the hollow space. The machine is equipped with a device for the suction of the whey. The suction of the whey takes place by means of a drilled pipe started by a motor. This pipe, controlled by an operator, will evacuate the whey up the desired level, without air addition. The machine is also equipped with a corridor with access stair. Entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304.
